FreeRealEstate : Use in the neighbourhood or world view to get all lots free. Money : Adjust household simoleons to a specific number. I have all EP SP packs but it should work with Base game and the Vampire Pack if that is all you have. So it should not conflict with the other Vampire Mods unless it uses Vampire Perk XML's. This mod uses all of the Vampire Perk XML files. You still need to level up your Vampire to the five different levels to have all of the Power available at zero cost. 
I changed the points needed to cost zero points. If you want your Vamp to have all the Vampire Powers without endless study with very little gain now they can, with this mod. It only changes the point cost to buy a new Power or Weakness. (Please note the pictures above.) This doesn't change any of the game's requirements for Vampires. If you don't have the Mod "Vampires - Weakness Point gains removed/reduced" you will still need to buy a Weakness. Once you level up your Vampire more Powers are available to purchase. Note: This mod doesn't level your Vampires up you will still need to do Dark Meditation, read the Tome books, Research Vampire Lore, have fights or Spar with other Sims, ask for help from other Vampires. This is an Override Mod that makes all Vampire Power Perks free. If you do not use the t_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593 in-game cheat code then use the Free Vampire Perks. The Free Vampire Perks 2 version has Free Power Perks and Weakness Perks cost 1 point each. Update: Thanks to dplace, another modder here on MTS it was discovered if you use the in-game cheat code: t_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593, that will take your Vampire to Grand Master Vampire instantly, the Weakness Perks have to have a cost of at least 1 point to be able to save.
No update is needed for the game version 1.44.77 (June 19 patch). There has been no changes to the XML files so no update needed.
